A cute Dutch house with clock gable as a kit in 1:48.

This building kit consists of MDF, magnets for attaching the facade, stairs, foil and brass for the windows and door, brass doormat and lots and lots of roof tiles. (Yes, including ridge tiles!)

All the bricks and cobblestones are already engraved, as are the dashes to align the roof tiles.

Interior window frames and window sills have also been added to finish everything off neatly after wallpapering. At the bottom of the cottage, space is reserved for a button cell battery holder to connect lights or a wood stove; these are not included in the kit.

The kit comes with a clear diagram manual.
